It's that time again

What time is it?  MRI time!  Yay!  That lovely time once a year where I figure out what the heck is going on in my head- literally.  September is the month I was diagnosed with MS in 2007.  Has it really been 3 years?  Sheesh.

Anyway, every year they have me come in for MRI's to see what's going on.  This year it looks like one of the lesions on my brain is a little larger, and there is a new lesion on my t-spine.  But everything else looks good.  Apparently it's nothing to worry about.  I guess it's normal to get 1-2 new lesions every year.  As long as there's not an explosion of them, nothing in my treatment changes.  Which is fine-a-ree with me.  So, there ya have it. Go, fight, win!

And if you've never had an MRI and want to know what it's like, it's kinda like this, but with more banging.

If only you didn't have to sit completely still through 40 minutes of that, it wouldn't be so bad. Or here's a teenager's version of what it's like.  Usually a barking dog isn't part of the package deal.

Awesome, eh?

I think they'd have to knock me out for me to be able to lay still for 40 minutes. FORTY MINUTES?! It doesn't look like much fun, but I'm glad you're happy with your latest results. Go Megan!

Okay, that has to be the most anoying thing ever. It sounds and looks like some kind of prisoner of war tenichnice to make someone go crazy. I'm sorry about the new legions, but glad it's normalish. Your awesome.
