Parks in the paper

At our 5th of July parade, the local paper snapped a picture of Parks eagerly waiting for candy. He was excited to see himself in the newspaper. (He's the one second from the right). Although, the jury is still out on whether or not I should be angry with him for choosing candy over riding on the totally awesome cow float.
