The kids

A couple of weeks ago, Maddie's Nursery teacher asked me for a picture of her. Maddie hasn't had her pictures taken in over a year, so I searched through some digital files to find a recent one. The sad thing is, I had very few recent pictures of her. And she looked all homely in the ones I did have. I realized I don't get the kids dressed up very often. Usually I just let them play and I don't really care too much about what their hair and clothes look like unless we're going somewhere.

So this past Sunday, I took a couple of pictures, just to prove that sometimes they actually do get dressed in matching clothes. And sometimes their hair is actually combed. But I also learned that a certain 4- and 2-year-old don't like to sit still to have their picture taken right before church. Ah well.
